What is Quukr?
Quukr is a financial transparency platform for organizations, associations, clubs, nonprofits, and communities. It helps organizations record financial activities, collaborate with members, and maintain transparent financial records.
Who is Quukr for?
Quukr is designed for student associations, clubs, communities, nonprofits, religious organizations, alumni associations, professional bodies, and small organizations with shared finances.
Is Quukr accounting software?
No. Quukr focuses on transparent financial record keeping and collaboration. It is not intended to replace full accounting software for businesses.
Accounts
Can I create multiple organizations?
Yes. You can create and manage multiple organizations from one account, depending on your subscription.
Can multiple people manage an organization?
Yes. Organizations can invite members and assign roles with different permissions.
Can members edit financial records?
Only users with the appropriate permissions can create or manage records.
Financial Records
Can transactions be deleted?
Transactions can be removed from active balance calculations, but Quukr is designed to preserve financial history. A removed record stays visible in the ledger, marked clearly as deleted, along with who removed it and why. It is never silently erased.
Why can’t financial records simply be deleted?
This is one of Quukr’s core principles. Quukr is built around transparency. To preserve trust and accountability, financial records are designed to remain part of the organization’s history. Corrections and removals are tracked rather than silently erasing historical information, so members never have to wonder what the ledger used to say.
Can mistakes be corrected?
Yes. Corrections are recorded while preserving the original entry in the audit history.
Can I export my records?
Yes. Paid plans support CSV and PDF exports.
Sessions
What are Sessions?
Sessions help organize financial records into different periods, such as yearly administrations, executive tenures, or financial cycles.
Can I move an existing ledger into a Session?
Not currently. Sessions organize new ledgers created within them. Existing ledgers remain outside sessions.
Pricing
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free plan is intended for evaluation and includes limited transactions and features.
What happens after I reach the transaction limit?
You can continue using Quukr by upgrading to a paid plan. Your existing records remain available.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. You can upgrade your subscription at any time.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Payments
Which payment methods do you support?
Payment methods depend on your region and are shown during checkout.
Do you store payment information?
No. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers.

Who owns my data?

Do you sell my data?
