Every transaction, fully recorded

Log income and expenses as they happen — payer or vendor name, amount, payment method, an optional reference number, and a required description. Every entry shows a live preview before you save it, so what members will see is never a surprise.

Amendments, never silent edits

Mistakes happen. Amending a transaction shows the original value struck through next to the corrected one, field by field — amount, name, description, method. A reason of at least 10 characters is required, and the change is permanent and visible to every member.

Deletions that stay visible

Deleting a transaction doesn't erase it. The record stays in the ledger with a strikethrough and a "Deleted" badge, is excluded from balance calculations going forward, and its serial number is never reused. Your name, reason, and timestamp are permanently attached.

Export when you need the numbers elsewhere

Download the full ledger as a CSV for instant use in Excel, Sheets, or Numbers, or generate a formatted PDF report.

Sessions for tracking financial periods

Organize your ledger into sessions — useful for tracking finances across different administrations or terms. Start a new session when leadership changes, and keep each period's activity distinct.

Members, roles, and invites

See everyone on the ledger, their role (like Owner), and when they joined. Invite new members by email address directly from the Members tab, or open the full members directory for more detail.
