1. What Quukr Is

Quukr is a financial record-keeping and transparency platform for groups and communities. Quukr allows treasurers to record transactions and share ledgers with group members through a shareable link.

Quukr is not a bank, payment processor, financial advisor, or financial institution. Quukr does not hold, move, process, or guarantee any funds. All financial transactions between your group and its members occur entirely outside of Quukr.

2. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

3. The Immutable Ledger

Quukr is designed so that financial records cannot be silently deleted or edited. Deleted records remain visible with deletion reasons. Amended records retain their original values alongside the correction. This behavior is intentional and cannot be disabled.

4. Limitation of Liability

Quukr provides a record-keeping tool. We are not responsible for financial disputes between group members, losses caused by inaccurate records, or decisions made based on records stored in Quukr.
