2. Subscription Payments

Subscription fees are charged in advance for the selected billing period. Access to premium features remains available until the end of the active subscription period.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in cases of duplicate charges, accidental billing errors, or other exceptional circumstances reviewed by our team.

Except where required by law, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started and service access has been provided.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically generate a refund for the current billing period.
