Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you upgrade, you'll only pay the difference for the remaining period. If you downgrade, we'll credit the unused portion to your account.

Yes, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, contact support and we'll refund your subscription in full. No questions asked. After 14 days, refunds are available on a case-by-case basis.

Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation. You can export all your records as CSV or PDF before they're permanently deleted. If you reactivate within 30 days, your data is restored automatically.

Transparent is our free tier for testing Quukr with limited groups (3) and transactions (30 total). Starter is for active groups needing unlimited transactions, more ledgers (3 per session), and export capabilities. Most features unlock on Starter.

How many admins can I add per group?

Transparent plan allows 1 admin. Starter allows 3 admins per group. Pro allows unlimited admins. Admins can record transactions, manage members, and control group settings.

What is a 'session' and why do ledgers depend on them?

A session is a period in your group's lifecycle (like one fiscal year or one committee tenure). Ledgers live within sessions. When transitioning to a new session, closing balances from the old one become opening balances for the new one. This keeps your history organized and supports proper handovers.

Yes! Starter and Pro plans include CSV export (unlimited). CSV exports let you analyze data in Excel or other tools. A magic link is a shareable URL that lets anyone view your group's ledger in real-time without signing up or logging in. Transparent and Starter offer public magic links (anyone with the link can view). Starter also includes private magic links that require verification before access.

What happens when I edit or delete a transaction?

Quukr keeps everything transparent. When you edit, the old value shows as strikethrough and the new value appears next to it. When you delete, the transaction stays visible with a 'deleted' label and the reason why. This maintains full audit trails—the entire point of Quukr.

No. Quukr only records that a payment happened—we never process, hold, or touch actual money. We're a records tool, not a payment processor. Your members still pay each other directly (cash, bank transfer, mobile money, etc.).

Only members you invite. Admins manage access. Public magic links are shareable with anyone but don't reveal member details. Private magic links require password verification. All access is logged for audit purposes.

Your ledger records are immutable—they can't be changed or deleted, even by hackers. All changes are logged. If your admin password is compromised, change it immediately and review the activity log. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (coming soon) for extra security.
